Peter Gabriel, EdD, DBA, PCC
Peter Gabriel is an executive coach, educator, and leadership development expert with decades of experience supporting leaders across sectors. He holds doctoral degrees in both Business Administration and Education and brings a unique blend of corporate leadership, academic rigor, and grounded coaching depth to his work.
As prior Co-Director of Training in the Duquesne University Professional Coach Certification Program, Peter trained over 100 coaches. In practice, Peter coaches C-suite leaders, rising executives, and cross-functional teams to develop self-awareness and skills to be more effective.
Known for his insight, research-driven approach, and ability to hold complexity, Peter integrates behavioral science and emotional intelligence into coaching conversations. Prior to professional coaching, Peter spent 19 years working with corporate clients at Vanguard, a global investment leader in financial services, where he was responsible for leading multiple teams around strategy, relationship management, sales, and operations.
Sidrah Mohyuddin, BDS, PCC, NBC-HWC
Sidrah Mohyuddin is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. Trained as a dentist, her path evolved into a deeper calling—to support people in creating meaningful, sustainable change in their well-being, work, and lives.
Her coaching spans the U.S. and South Asia, where she partners with academic institutions, healthcare systems, and wellness platforms to foster behavior change, emotional resilience, and professional growth. She has coached across diverse sectors, including the University of Pittsburgh, Boon Health, and Preventia Inc.
Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, Sidrah brings a culturally attuned lens and integrates evidence-based coaching frameworks to help leaders navigate transition, connect with their values, and lead with clarity and purpose. Her coaching supports leaders in navigating complexity—building the presence, adaptability, and insight needed to lead in today’s rapidly changing world. She currently serves on the Board of ICF Pittsburgh and is committed to advancing the growth and integrity of the coaching profession.
